Plating (electroplating) is the use of electrolysis principle on some metal surface plating on a thin layer of other metal or alloy process, is the use of electrolysis to make metal or other material parts of the surface of a layer of metal film to prevent corrosion, improve resistance to wear, conductivity, reflection and enhance the appearance of the role, such as metal buttons plating.

Button plating classification: buttons can be divided into the plating, rolling, rolling, continuous plating and brush plating, etc., mainly with the size of the plating parts, bulk and requirements.
Four stages of development of electroplating power supply

This power supply has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, excellent performance, stability of the ripple coefficient, and not easy to be influenced by the output current. Pulse electroplating power supply is the direction of development, has begun to use indiscriminately in the enterprise.
Button plating process is as follows
1 the coating metal to the anode
2 the plated parts are connected to the cathode.
3 the positive ion of the positive ion of the metal which is plated with the metal is connected with the electrolyte solution.
4 to the DC power supply, the anode metal will be oxidized (to lose electrons), the positive ion in the solution is to be reduced (to get electrons) into atoms and accumulate in the negative surface.
